THE SACRED MUSHROOM The Sacred Mushroom (Scarce original 1969 US Parallax 8-track stereo LP. The ‘Mushroom were a Cincinatti-based band who had been active for around three years prior to releasing this LP, and were one of the more important groups in the area, offering a classic late 60s mixture of pop, rock and psych, with intertwining twin lead guitars; includes an excellent version of Ray Davies’ ‘I’m Not Like Everybody Else’. Housed in a matt picture sleeve. The sleeve shows some light edgewear and has a few storage marks. The vinyl has only minor cosmetic surface scuffs and minimal spindle wear on the labels.
