This is one of the first 100 copies that has been fully Autographed by the band the title has been cheekily modified – being crossed out and replaced with “Black Sabbath” written below it in silver marker pen. The sleeve just minor edgewear and the vinyl is Near Mint. Limited to only 250 copies)
