NOCTURNUS The Key (1991 Czech 9-track LP on regular Black Vinyl, the insane debut by the Florida pioneers of ultra fast Sci-Fi Progressive Death Metal. The Key was a concept album following the story of a Cyborg going back in time to the year0 B.C., leading to the destruction of Christianity [highlighted by the controversial ‘Destroying The Manger’!] & the creation of a modern empire. Includes upfront Keyboards in the mix, which was unheard of in Death Metal at the time. The picture sleeve, complete with the illustrated lyric insert and vintage shop sticker. The sleeve shows moderate edgewear and creasing, whilst the vinyl is Excellent with few signs of play. )
