DAVID BOWIE Pinups (MEGA Rare Japanese advance white label promotional issue of his classic 1973 12-track vinyl LP featuring his versions of classic hits by The Pretty Things, The Yardbirds, Pink Floyd, The Who, The Kinks and more. Housed in aunique picture sleeve with unique artwork, with a blue-tinted version of the original image, promo-marked picture with a pinched spine and Japanese text printed on the reverse. Despite showing evidence of its fifty years with some general age discolouration and ringwear, the sleeve is otherwise in excellent shape with no splits and secure flipbacks. The custom black on white RCA labels have very little signs of spindle wear and only light signs of age, and the vinyl has mininmal signs of play. Only the second example we have ever seen, this is a once in your lifetime opportunity to add this ‘rare as hens teeth’ promotional LP to your collection! RCA-6174)
