Between 1960 and 1964, Orbison turned heartbreak, tension and romantic longing into a run of singles that still sound cinematic in scale, from “Only The Lonely”, “Crying” and “In Dreams” to “Blue Bayou” and “Oh, Pretty Woman”. This 2LP collection brings together those Monument singles and related recordings in a deluxe edition marking what would have been Orbison’s 90th birthday.
